Step-by-Step Guide to Registering a Header ID
1. Login to the TSP DLT Portal:
Access the Telecom Service Provider (TSP) DLT portal using your Principal Entity credentials.
2. Navigate to Header SMS Registration:
Go to the "SMS Headers" section and select "Header SMS Registration."

3. Enter Header Details:
Fill in the required details such as header type (Promotional, Transactional, Service Implicit, or Service Explicit) and category.

4. Submit for Approval:
Submit the header registration request for approval.

5. Validation by the Registrar:
The DLT operator registrar will validate the provided details and approve or reject the header registration request.

6. Notification of Registration Status:
You will receive notification via registered email and mobile number once the header is approved or if there are any discrepancies.
​7. Reuse Across Operators:
Once registered with one operator, the header ID does not need to be registered with other operators.
